Lachrystory

Sometime in the fall of 1998 Aaron I. Beam, Grant W. S. Mainland, and Kip F. Larson sat down for potables at Club 21 in Portland Oregon. Despite alliances to respective outfits "The Kung Fus" and "Regraped", they made a decision to combine forces and devastate the metal scene together;  Lachrymator was born. A myriad lineup changes later and a steady regiment of faster, louder, and more aggressive repertoire, Lachrymator continues to obliterate the competition. Derek D. B. Oringer (Holgator / Bozart) joined in early 2001 solidifying their lineup, and the crew is working on recording the follow up to the "Dark Blackness" CD.

Flyers are difficult to retain. Here are a few that have survived: (click on thumbnails to enlarge)

Lachryludes

Lachryludes can only be experienced two ways: through this website, and during the live Lachrymator experience. The Lachrylude should be thought of as a palate cleanser. It has long been a component of the live Lachrymator experience, allowing the listener's ears to recover and heal for a moment until the next onslaught of riffage. Click the Lachrycons below to experience a Lachyrlude.
