OCIFFER
Ociffer was a rock band for a couple years based out of Portland, OR. Officially disbanded in July of 2003, Ociffer was adequately prolific for a group comprised with members of numerous other Portland groups. The Portland independent music community embraced this group moderately although conflicting personal agendas ultimately ill-fated the group. Highlights during the two-year stint include an opening slot for Quiet Riot and a west-coast tour supporting Drunk Horse (Oakland, CA) and C-Average (Olympia, WA).
